The hotel is clean, the staff is AMICABLE, and the room is wonderful and fine. It is in marvellous and amazing location to Shopping Vm, set within short walking distance to the venue. You could walk to a supermarket and stores.

This place offers clean, super spacious rooms and the staff is incredibly attentive. The building and rooms are new, and it even features single beds for a comfy stay 😉

Use the restaurant, it's good, better than the local eating places.

Had to unplug the fridge every night as it kept me awake, remember to plug it back in in the morning.

The room with single beds was incredibly comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities such as the mini-bar, climate control, and personal safe. The service was excellent. The food offered was great. I appreciated the free wake-up service provided.

Reasonably priced and comfy place, new-fashioned rooms. Amazingly attentive stuff, goodservices, including plenty of good delicacies. A safe, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge in the room and the great bed. Location close enough to Sao Paulo and Paulista avenue and Vila Mariana metro stops. For tea or coffee visit Vila Franca Cafe nearby. Excellant experience there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in São Paulo and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and included breakfast. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was evident in the clean and well-appointed rooms, which also offered great views of the city. Lastly, the location was fantastic, with the hotel being conveniently near Paulista Avenue and the metro, making it easy to explore the city.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory, with no major complaints.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a few steps from Paulista Avenue and easily accessible by subway, with a direct line to Guarulhos airport. Rooms are modern and well, furnished with a comfortable bed and good, quality amenities. Guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast at the on, site restaurant and take advantage of the small gym and outdoor pool.

The lack of English, speaking staff may pose a problem for international guests.

The hotel was clean, with spacious and comfortable beds, great shower, and nice working space. We were able to work without issues with the good Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. Moreover, the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with various options to choose from, leaving us wishing we had more room in our stomachs.

The service provided by the friendly staff is commendable, and the basic amenities in the clean rooms, including those with great views, are well-maintained. One of the highlights of the stay is the breakfast included, which offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel during the Christmas holidays. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. the location was perfect, near metro stations and many local hotspots.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms led to some disrupted sleep due to street noise.

Spent Easter holiday here and it was a great experience. The staff were very nice, always helpful and ready to assist. The room was equipped with a comfortable mattress and had fast internet connection which was a plus. The location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions and public transportation. , there was a breakfast buffet which had a good selection of food and drinks to choose from.

Although the hotel offered basic amenities, some of the rooms seemed to require more attention in terms of maintenance. Some of the rooms had dirty floors and the windows in the bathroom were moldy.
